If the client is agreeable and on board with the broker's assessment, then a plan of action is initiated.
We'll employ a multi-faceted marketing strategy to get the exposure needed for success. We will utilize professional-quality advertising using multiple online platforms and websites. Also, we'll include our website and social media pages, along with our branding, as an additional strategy.
We will answer every correspondence in a timely manner and provide thorough information and details to any potential buyer or seller.
We'll sort through the potential buyer/seller candidates and assess them appropriately. Vetting potential candidates is a priority when dealing with today's online market.
We will provide both parties with all the contracts and/or agreements required to make the sale or acquisition of the aircraft.
We arrange for the aircraft's initial viewing and demonstration. In addition to helping arrange any necessary pre-buy inspections, we also maintain connections with ferry pilots in case the need calls for them.
We'll work closely with a reputable aircraft escrow company that will hold and distribute all transaction funds, including the deposit, and issue those funds according to the signed agreements. Escrow Services will be responsible for a title search and all FAA paperwork to make the sale or purchase of aircraft in accordance with federal regulations.
We won’t leave you hanging; we will continue to be actively engaged during the entirety of the process, until every aspect of the transaction is completely finalized and beyond.
